Silicone Emulsion SF-03

SF-03 is a smooth and wear-resistant feel emulsion. It is a smooth product made by a special process. With a super smooth feel, it is delicate and can be used alone, or with other silicone oil products to improve the smooth feeling of finishing and coatings, as well as the flexibility of polyurethane coatings.

Provide a smooth hand feel, wear & scratch resistance, and anti-adhesion for waterborne finishing coatings and leathers

Remarks: SF-03 emulsion is not resistant to high shear, it is recommended to stir dispersing speed < 2000r/min.)
Appearance: Milky liquid

Viscosity (25°C/77℉), cSt : 100-150
Ionicity: Weak cation

The SF-03 Silicone Emulsion is available in 30kg(66lb) & 120kg(265lb) plastic drums.

Storage and Expiration Date
Keep in properly labelled containers. Keep tightly closed.
When stored at 32℃ (90°F) or below, the SF-03 silicone emulsion has a usable life of 24 months from the production date.
