Polyether Modified Polysiloxane LA-1630

LA-1630 is a siloxane/propylene oxide copolymer. It is a 100% active silicone copolymer with instant wetting and drip absorption properties. The copolymer is soluble in water and can be used for dipping or spraying.

Introduction

Application
It can be used for solvent-based leather topcoat leveling agent.
Suitable for stabilizing PU foam to obtain a stable unfolding coating, which can be used for most non-fabric materials.
When used in water and solvent-based paints, inks, and coatings, it has the properties of being smooth, scratch-resistant, and anti-adhesive.

Package
The LA-1630 polyester modified polysiloxane is available in 25kg(55lb) & 200kg(440lb) drums.

Storage and Expiration Date
When stored in an unopened container at 25°C (77°F) or below, the LA-1630 polyester modified polysiloxane has a usable life of 24 months from the production date.
When stored at 16°C (61°F) or below, it will atomize and solidify into wax that can be heated back into a liquid state.
Store away from heat, after several months of storage, the product should be thoroughly mixed before use.
